Established in 1992, the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) reflects our belief in the transformative role of human capital in driving economic prosperity and social progress. Through the SCP, we actively work alongside developing countries and regions, sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and forging partnerships to achieve shared success and prosperity for all.
We believe that people are a nation’s greatest asset and that the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience is a powerful force for transformation.
