Who We Are

About the Singapore
Cooperation Programme

The Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) was established in 1992 to pay forward the technical assistance that Singapore received from the international community in our early years of independence. We believe that people are a nation’s greatest asset, and human resource development a key driver of sustainable growth. The SCP is committed to capacity building and skills training, creating future networks of partners through knowledge sharing.

The SCP courses cover a wide range of topics that support national development and social resilience, enabling countries to build capabilities and tackle challenges in a fast evolving global environment. Drawing expertise from both public and private sectors, we curate a holistic learning experience that enables participants from diverse cultures to gain practical insights from Singapore’s development journey and exchange best practices. We look forward to working with our SCP Friends to drive positive change in our communities and build a prosperous future together.
